La Araucaria

Dolores Cabrera Fernandez grows grapes for other producers in the Valle de la Orotava on a volcanic island in Tenerife, but has also been producing wine herself under the La Araucaria brand since 2013.

The wines are made almost exclusively from Listan Negro and Listan Blanco grapes, a predominant grape variety in the Canary Islands. La Araucaria's wines are fresh and expressive and reflect well the volcanic character of Tenerife's terruño.
